During pregnancy, this 25-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona, gained very large breasts and was a 38 C cup. After losing the excess baby weight and considering surgery for seven years, she consulted with Dr. Aldo for a Mommy Makeover. She was found to be a good candidate for a Mommy Makeover Type I. Her surgery included High Profile saline-filled breast implants, an areola lift and reduction, and a very low incision Tummy Tuck. The Breast Augmentation was performed using saline high profile implants placed under the muscle via a crease incision. The areolas were reduced from 7x7 cm to 3.8x3.8 cm using a round block technique. The Tummy Tuck tightened her abdominal muscles and removed loose skin. Two months later, she has a tight, flat tummy, round and attractive breasts, and a significantly improved body shape.
