We see a 33-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona wanted to reduce and tighten her tummy, achieve an hourglass shape with bigger, rounder buttocks, and have perkier, larger breasts. Dr. Aldo recommended a Mommy Makeover Type 4 with Breast Augmentation. The surgery included 400cc saline-filled smooth moderate plus implants placed under the muscle. The Tummy Tuck removed one pound of excess skin, and 1.8 liters of fat were removed via Liposuction from her thighs, tummy, and back. Additionally, 510cc of fat was injected into each buttock. Three months post-op, she achieved a natural hourglass figure and is delighted with her results.
