After wanting this procedure for seven years, a 43-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona, came in for a complete Mommy Makeover consultation. She sought a Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, and Liposuction to achieve natural-looking results and a solid D cup. She was unhappy with the excess skin and stretch marks on her tummy from multiple pregnancies. Her goal was to have bigger, fuller breasts and a tighter tummy. The surgery included 450cc moderate-plus saline implants placed under the muscle via a crease incision, a Tummy Tuck with a very low incision technique, and Liposuction of the hips, tummy, and outer thighs, removing 1200cc of unwanted fat. Six months post-op, she has a natural-looking D cup, a tight tummy, and an hourglass figure.
