This case involves a 31-year-old woman unhappy with her flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and deflated breasts after having two babies. I recommended 400 cc silicone Breast Implants in a dual plane to achieve a D cup and fill out the deflated breast. For her tummy, I suggested a Tummy Tuck, muscle plication, and liposuction of the tummy and hips. The results, shown in photos taken three months post-surgery, highlight her improved tight and flat tummy and enhanced breast appearance.
